OUR TRAINING PARTNERSHIPS

IRCA Global has unique partnerships with universities, institutes and colleges offering a learning progression that articulate short courses, certificates, diplomas and degrees in an integrated and bespoke fashion that has multiple entry and exit points.

We have a collaborative relationship with Emirates ERM, a specialist HSE training and consulting provider based in Abu Dhabi. E-ERM has a distinctive footprint in the oil- and gas industry (both offshore and onshore), refineries, petro-chemical, power generation & distribution, heavy industries, marine terminals, petroleum tank farms and steel manufacturing.

IRCA also has an equity stake and partnership in Knowledge Grid, delivering HSE programmes for Petroleum Development Oman (PDO) and subcontractors. KG facilitates learning for approximately 30,000 learners per year (technical training, general HSE courses and the PDO Ladder of Learning).

Other partnerships include the Marshall Institute (US), Polyglot Institute (Oman), Da Vinci Institute for the Management of Technology (South Africa).

INSTITUTES ESTABLISHED

IRCA learning experts have been involved in a setting up of a number learning institutes utilising the same project methodology with a clearly delineated framework and architecture in two distinct, yet inter-related phases, namely the establishment of the institute (that is issues of design) and the implementation (that is issues of delivery) of the products and services (i.e. learning).

Design of learning institute (corporate university) for Daimler Chrysler with integrated offering from NVQ level 3 to level 5.

 

Vukani Petroleum and Energy Institute

Design and implementation of fully fledged corporate university for Engen in South Africa in association with Petronas (Malaysia), SAIT (Canada) and the Institute for Petroleum (France).

Goldfields Academy 

Design and implementation of the Goldfields Academy in South Africa, offering courses focused on the mining industry (technical, vocational and HSE).

Knowledge Grid

Design and implementation of a HSE training institute, in collaboration with the Polyglot Institute, servicing commercial and industrial client by providing word-class HSE training.
